The Law on the apprenticeship (Legislative Decree no. 167/11) punishes in administrative way the lack of written form of the apprenticeship contract. The provision of a pecuniary sanction due to the lack of the written form of the contract narrows the chance to deny the apprenticeship relationship for the inspector, only the worker being entitled to claim the ascertain of the subordinate employment.
