Alberto De Luca was a speaker at the conference “The new Public Tenders Code – Civil, Administrative and Criminal Profiles of the Subcontract” organized on 27 June by Confindustria Firenze to explore more in depth the labour-law aspects. Senator Riccardo Nencini, the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Luigi Salvadori, and the Chairman of Confindustria Firenze also attended the conference. The moderator was Elena Quadri, judge at the Lombardy TAR (regional administrative court of law).
