4 WEEKS 4 INCLUSION (23 October 2023 – Enrico De Luca, Stefania Raviele)

Once again, this year we participated in 4 WEEKS 4 INCLUSION, the major event conceived by TIM and committed to inclusion and valuing diversity.

FOCUS:

On 23 October at 12 noon, Enrico De Luca and Stefania Raviele led the event entitled: “Gender stereotypes: a legal as well as a social issue” and addressed the topic of workplace gender stereotypes and how they can impact organisations, not only from a corporate wellbeing point of view, but also from a legal point of view. Stereotypes, in fact, influence people imperceptibly and are reflected, often unconsciously, in everyday actions: a way of doing things that can expose companies to risks and consequent damage, not only in terms of image. However, there are steps that employers can take to curb these risks.

PROGRAMME:

The event, which started on 12 October, runs until 14 November and will include around 12 digital events per day, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., streamed on the website www.4w4i.it.
