Our law firm drafted a legal memorandum concerning the “Collective dismissal”. We analysed the legal framework pursuant to article 24 of Law no. 223/1991, the collective dismissal procedure and all the relevant phases and timing, the termination costs and the risks linked to the dismissals.

The executive was fired and, with the assistance of our firm, challenged the dismissal, deeming it null, unlawful, and retaliatory.

Our team ensured a deep study, long-term assistance (approx. 1 year) both during and after the employment relationship in helping and managing (from a labour law perspective) the executive’s reaction against other company executives/directors and board members who failed in maintaining a fair, lawful and non-discriminatory behaviour before the commencement of the employment relationship and throughout the entire duration of it.
