Claudia Cerbone began her professional career at the Pavesio & Associates law firm in association with the Allen & Overy law firm and continued to expand her experience joining the De Luca & Partners law firm since 2016.

Claudia graduated from the Catholic University of Milan in 2013 and she is a member of the Bar Association of Milan since 2017.

Claudia is specialized in labor law, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to Italian and foreign clients, particularly in defending them against litigation and offering corporate consulting through the preparation of customized agreements (employment and self-employment agreements) as well as in the management of individual and collective dismissals and termination of employment agreements.
