Andrea Di Nino

Andrea Di Nino graduated from the University of Pisa in 2016 and has been a member of the Order of Employment Consultants of Milan since 2018.

After obtaining an executive master’s degree in labour law and personnel administration and gaining experience at the Milan offices of renowned consulting and HR services companies, he has been working with HR Capital S.r.l. since 2019 as a Salary Partner – Labour Consultant and supports De Luca & Partners in various areas of labour consulting as counsel.

Practice

Andrea advises both companies and individuals, italian and international, across multiple areas of labor consultancy. His work ranges from assisting multinational companies in establishing employment relationships in Italy, to pension planning for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), as well as corporate restructurings, due diligence, and managing international employee mobility, both inbound and outbound from Italy.
