Roberta De Felice graduated from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2015 and has been a member of the Order of Employment Consultants of Milan since 2019.

Roberta Salary Partner – Employment Consultant has been working with HR Capital S.r.l. since 2015 and supports De Luca & Partners in various areas of employment law – from social security to corporate welfare – assisting the firm in the organisation and management of the work and personnel of client companies.
