De Luca & Partners has provided legal assistance to the Client regarding the development of several dedicated apps for the healthcare sector aimed at offering support and program monitoring for the medical treatment of patients suffering from specific pathologies in order to ensure full project compliance with the applicable legislation for personal data protection. The support involved, among other things, the identification and adoption of technical and organizational measures as well as the carrying out of a data protection impact assessment in order to analyse the level of risk of personal data processing carried out within the project framework.
