In particular, the Firm dealt with the feasibility analysis of the above mentioned operation, defining its timing, identifying the areas of risk and possible solutions to reduce the impact of the rationalization of resources and activities both on the Client and on the workers. In respect, the Firm drafted the individual dismissal letters, negotiated with the workers’ lawyers and drafted also the agreements with the workers involved in the aforementioned restructuring for the settlement of the relevant disputes.
