During the acquisition of a Group company, we assisted the company (i) in the trade union consultation procedure pursuant to art. 47 of Law 428/90 (ii) to handle the integration between the two companies with particular reference to the harmonization of the collective agreements applied by the companies, considering that, following the business transaction, the collective agreement of the transferor will be applied to all employees once the transferring is effective.
