Court of Cassation: disciplinary relevance of the improper use of company’s mailing list (Il Sole 24 ore, September 11, 2013, page 21)

The Court of Cassation, with note no. 20715 of September 10, 2013, stated that company’s mailing list can not be used to circulate trade unions’ messages strongly critical toward the company. According to the Court, in fact, it is a behavior which has disciplinary relevance and therefore can cause an interruption of the trust relationship with the employer and so can cause a dismissal.
