TEMPORARY SUPPLY CONTRACT WITHOUT REASONS (Il Sole 24 Ore, March 21, 2013, page 24)

On March 20, the Ministry of Labor signed the decree that enforces for the “disadvantaged employees” the possibility of entering into a temporary supply contract without technical, productive, organizational and substitutive needs, necessary for a term provision. According to the decree, “disadvantaged employees” are: unemployed for at least 6 months, people without a high school or professional school degree, people with more than 50 years, adults who live alone with one or more people under their responsibility, people belonging to a language minority group with the need of strengthen their professional experience in order to improve their employment possibilities.
