INPS, with circular no. 98 of August 6, 2014, stated that the applications for benefits provided for the recruitment of unemployed that took place in 2012, should be submitted by September 30, 2014. The incentives are granted to employers who: a) hired holders of non-farm unemployment allowances with ordinary requirements and with at least fifty years of age; b) continue the employment relationship with employees already in force that have been previously hired from the so called “mobility lists” or while were benefiting of the non-farm unemployment allowances with ordinary requirements, with at least 50 years of age and at least 35 years of social security contributions; c) hired, with full-time open ended contracts, holders of non-farm unemployment allowances with ordinary requirements or of special treatment for construction unemployment. The application must be submitted online, even by employers who had already filed the application.
