The workshop will be an occasion to examine the results of the extraordinary investigation IGI 2019 on «ESG & Human Resources (HR)». These themes are also being focussed on by institutional investors that investigate the link between remuneration models and ESG, as well as ESG management knowledge which must be at a suitable level to give credibility to the company’s strategies and objectives of sustainability.
