Elena Cannone graduated from the University of Bari in 2001 and she is a member of the Bar Association since January 2006.
In September 2004, she joined the De Luca & Partners law firm after having obtained a master’s degree in Personnel Management at INFOR Scuola di Formazione SpA. She assists national and foreign companies operating in a variety of sectors in managing labor relationships, dismissals, company reorganizations and restructuring, managerial relationships, contractor relationships and agency relationships. She is responsible for regulating the use of information and technology tools by employees and she handles litigation in the field of labor law. Additionally, Elena gained specific experience in the fields of personal data processing (privacy) as per Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and administrative liability of entities as per Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
She has penned articles on labor law published in specialized magazines (including Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Quotidiano del Lavoro, Il Giuslavorista, and AIDP).
Since September 2015, she is the Manager of De Luca & Partners’ Centro Studi.
She speaks English.
