{"id":21407,"date":"2020-04-27T10:28:00","date_gmt":"2020-04-27T08:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/news\/inail-technical-document-on-the-containment-of-contagion-in-the-workplace-companies-struggling-to-start-up-again\/"},"modified":"2026-02-16T16:15:19","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T15:15:19","slug":"inail-technical-document-on-the-containment-of-contagion-in-the-workplace-companies-struggling-to-start-up-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/en\/insights\/inail-technical-document-on-the-containment-of-contagion-in-the-workplace-companies-struggling-to-start-up-again\/","title":{"rendered":"INAIL Technical Document on the containment of contagion in the workplace: companies struggling to start up again (Il Quotidiano del Lavoro de Il Sole 24 Ore, 27 April 2020 \u2013 Vittorio De Luca, Debhora Scarano)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The health emergency caused by the spread of the Covid-19\nvirus also involved a real economic emergency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As known, the &#8220;lock-down&#8221; and the measures with\nthe aim to preventing the spread of the virus (according to Dpcm of 22 March\n2020 )and extended until next 3 May 2020 (according to the Dpcm of 10 April\n2020), has imposed the suspension of most (estimated at not less than 50%) of\nproduction activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the coming days, Italy should start Phase 2, in which\nthere will be a gradual restart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this complex situations that companies shoudl face, we\nare witnessing of a succession of cinterventions by institutions and bodies &#8211;\nat international, national and regional level &nbsp;&#8211; aimed at drawing up\nguidelines containing prevention measures to reduce the spread of the virus in\nthe workplace and to ensure a safe restart of business activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just think of the &#8220;Covid-19: guidance for the\nworkplace&#8221; published by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work\n(Eu-Osha) and the &#8220;Technical document on the possible remodulation of\nmeasures to contain SARS-CoV-2 infection in the workplace and prevention\nstrategies&#8221; published by INAIL currently submitted to the Government,\nwhich will use it as a further source on which to implement the next prevention\nmeasures for the expected Phase 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of the Technical Document is to provide the\npolitical operator, and therefore ultimately the Government, with information\nof a statistical nature that is also useful for carrying out an assessment\naimed at determining the levels of progressive priority of intervention on the\nresumption of productive activities during the often hoped-for Phase 2, as well\nas the intervention strategies to be implemented in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read the original italian version published by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plusplus24lavoro.ilsole24ore.com\/#viewProdotto\/https%3A%2F%2Fquotidianolavoro.ilsole24ore.com\">Il Quotidiano del Lavoro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The health emergency caused by the spread of the Covid-19 virus also involved a real economic emergency.
