The effort of lawmakers is without a doubt appreciated and today it offers to employers interesting tools to use in the <strong>salary review<\/strong> processes to optimize the value of \u201cactual\u201d remuneration (with incentives also to its enjoyment through the fruition of services\/goods), reducing employee\u2019s tax burden while, simultaneously, reducing corporate labour costs through <strong>compensation plans<\/strong> tailored to one\u2019s corporate population.<\/p>\n<p>Antonella Iacobellis participated to the webinar &#8220;Productivity and the Welfare&#8221;
