The Human Capital<\/strong> will remain the main resource to face the challenge of digitalization at all levels.
\n The central importance of the human factor is confirmed by the World Economic Forum, which underlines how, by 2020, a third of the skills requested from employees will include knowledge and skills that today are not deemed crucial for the position held.<\/p>\n

\n In the age of Industry 4.0<\/strong>, companies are not only expected to have the skills to manage and invest in technological infrastructures, but also to meet three fundamental requirements:
\n \u2022 Developing new professional figures capable of anticipating and ride the changes;
\n \u2022 Keep talented human resources;
\n \u2022 Building streamlined and flexible management systems.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But how do the aforementioned needs fit in the maze of the Italian legal system?
\n Would companies be able to navigate the current legal system in order to meet the needs for growth?
\n Which are the tools that a company needs to try to anticipate and ride the changes?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cHR Management in Industry 4.0<\/strong>\u201d is a convention organized by HR Capital<\/strong> in cooperation with De Luca & Partners<\/strong>, Invest in Lombardy, Intermedia Selection, Business France and Ayming that will take place on 15 May, at Palazzo Giureconsulti, in Milan.
\n The convention will introduce considerations on the upcoming future industrial scenario<\/strong>s, starting from flexible development<\/strong> of the skills and loyalty-building techniques<\/strong> of the human capital in the age of innovation in the fourth industrial revolution.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alberto De Luca will participate to the round table organized at the end of the convention, with the participation of experts to analyse and discuss some of the experiences on the matter.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The objective of the convention is to provide appropriate answers to the questions asked and to do so with the help of professionals operating in the field of human resource management and with particular focus on:
\n \u2022 HR selection;
\n \u2022 Training, development and organization of the human resources;
\n \u2022 Legal consulting services;
