In particular, the judge of first instance stated that, <strong>effective as of 18 July 2012<\/strong> (date on which Law No. 92, that is the so-called Fornero Law, entered into force), in those <strong>undertakings subject to article 18<\/strong> of the Workers&#8217; Statute, the five-year statute of limitations for salary receivables <strong>will only start from the termination of the employment<\/strong> (and not during any such employment, instead), as has always happened in connection with the employment contracts guaranteed by the mandatory protection.
