Among several and different measures adopted, the main labour related ones are listed below:&nbsp;<\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt\"><span><font size=\"2\">&#8211;<\/font><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><font size=\"2\">rising of the invalidity&rsquo;s percentage from 74% to 85% for the grant of invalidity&rsquo;s allowance; increasing of civil invalidity controls&rsquo; plan; review of the procedure concerning the disabled people conditions&rsquo; verification, with the control of the health department through proper collegial controls;<\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt\"><span><font size=\"2\">&#8211;<\/font><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><font size=\"2\">introduction of the so called <i>&ldquo;finestra mobile&rdquo; <\/i>or<i> &ldquo;finestra a scorrimento&rdquo;<\/i> for retirement; possibility to retire 12 months after the effective requirements&rsquo; accrual for employees of private and public sectors (in spite of the current 9 months); possibility to retire 18 months after the effective requirements&rsquo; accrual for self-employed workers (in spite of the current 15);<\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal; text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt\"><span><font size=\"2\">&#8211;<\/font><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><font size=\"2\">increase of stock option and bonus&rsquo; taxation.
