Firstly, the Ministry clarified that the Local Labour Authorities with the power of carrying out inspections, are required to verify the reason of the said programs and that it is represented by<\/span><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 9pt\"> &ldquo;<i>management ine<\/i><\/span><i><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 9pt\">fficiencies<\/span><\/i><span style=\"color: black; font-size: 9pt\">&rdquo; related to a need for change or innovation of management and\/or production structure. In addition, the Ministry stated that the inspectors are required &ldquo;<i>to carefully verify the consistency of the kind of training carried out with the program submitted and the other investments (including also productive character) and the connection between training and the suspensions<\/i>&rdquo;.
