The incentives are granted to employers who: a) hired holders of non-farm unemployment allowances with ordinary requirements and with at least fifty years of age; b) continue the employment relationship with employees already in force that have been previously hired from the so called \u201cmobility lists\u201d or while were benefiting of the non-farm unemployment allowances with ordinary requirements, with at least 50 years of age and at least 35 years of social security contributions; c) hired, with full-time open ended contracts, holders of non-farm unemployment allowances with ordinary requirements or of special treatment for construction unemployment.
