In this paper, which will be released after approval of the Stability Law, one of the two sections deals exclusively with smart working, that is<strong> distance work<\/strong>, regardless of the geographical location of the office or company, with <strong>highly flexible working hours<\/strong> (within contractual limits) and with the help of <strong>IT tools<\/strong>.
