The <strong>provision now is sent back to the Senate for final approval<\/strong>. During the review at Montecitorio, <strong>significant news have been introduced in terms of self-employment<\/strong>. More specifically the following are worthy of note: (i) possibility for the self-employed woman, upon approval of the client, to be replaced during maternity by a trusted colleague having the necessary professional credentials; (ii) expansion of the deductible expenses and possibility for professionals to participate in public contests and call for tenders for the appointment of consulting or research tasks; (iii) concerning compensations, the application of Italian Legislative Decree No. 231\/2002 has been confirmed. In reference to the <strong>remote\u00a0working,<\/strong> it has been confirmed that it is an <strong>instrument <\/strong>and not a type of contract, in order to make it usable by those who carry out tasks that are compatible with it.
