In particular, the inspector must order the <strong>immediate removal of the device,<\/strong> and apply a fine ranging from <strong>154.00 to 1,549.00 Euro,<\/strong> or a penalty of <strong>imprisonment from 15 days to one year,<\/strong> unless the fact constitutes a more serious crime.
