Antonella Iacobellis took part in teaching sessions held last 6 and 7 April on the Labour Law module of the Master in \u201cLaw and Business\u201d (Rome) organized by Il Sole 24 ORE Business School<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teaching session covered the termination of the employment relationship: actual protection and mandatory protection, individual dismissals and collective redundancy, resignations. Focus on the Constitutional Court\u2019s intervention on increasing protections and the subsequent rulings on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
