{"id":24715,"date":"2022-01-05T13:32:23","date_gmt":"2022-01-05T12:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/news\/occasional-self-employment-new-prior-reporting-obligation\/"},"modified":"2026-04-08T14:21:33","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T12:21:33","slug":"occasional-self-employment-new-prior-reporting-obligation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/en\/news\/occasional-self-employment-new-prior-reporting-obligation\/","title":{"rendered":"Occasional self-employment: new prior reporting obligation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Law 17 December 2021, no. 215 converting Law Decree 21 October 2021, no. 146 in force since 21 December (known as &#8220;<strong><em>Fiscal Decree<\/em><\/strong>\u201d), to counter evasion during<strong> occasional self-employment<\/strong>, introduced an amendment to Legislative Decree no. 81\/2008 providing for the obligation of prior reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following is required: <em>&#8220;To monitor activities of occasional self-employed workers and combat forms of evasion in the use of this type of contract, the start of the activity shall be subject to <strong>prior reporting to the relevant local Labour Inspectorate by the principal (&#8230;).\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The law requires the application of the operating methods set out in Article 15, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 15 June 2015, no. 81.
