The project was entrusted to <strong>Melismelis<\/strong>, an independent integrated communication agency and long-standing partner of the firm, and involved multiple aspects of communication, aiming to highlight the history, authority, and growth journey of a firm that has been supporting businesses in labor market challenges for half a century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"552\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/immagine-sito-1024x552.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/immagine-sito-1024x552.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/immagine-sito-300x162.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/immagine-sito-768x414.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/immagine-sito.jpg 1492w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cWe are at the dawn of our next 50 years.\u201d<\/strong> This is the headline created by the agency to accompany the celebrations and convey the firm\u2019s ability to look toward the future while maintaining continuity and leveraging its extensive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, Melismelis handled the <strong>50th-anniversary celebratory logo<\/strong>, developed the <strong>creative concept<\/strong> for the campaign, and carried out a <strong>website redesign<\/strong>, making the navigation experience even clearer and more fluid.
