Quest\u2019obbligo di consegnare l\u2019informativa con cadenza almeno annuale era gi\u00e0 previsto dalla Legge 81 del 2017 che regola il lavoro agile\u201d.<br>Il problema, nella pratica, era che senza conseguenze esplicite molte aziende relegavano questo adempimento in fondo alla lista delle priorit\u00e0. \u201cOggi c\u2019\u00e8 stata un po\u2019 questa risonanza \u2013 osserva De Angeli \u2013 perch\u00e9 effettivamente nella pratica \u00e8 un adempimento che rimaneva sempre un fanalino di coda rispetto alla sottoscrizione degli accordi e alle comunicazioni alle autorit\u00e0\u201d. Lo studio ha sempre fatto quanto possibile per sensibilizzare le aziende sull\u2019obbligo di informativa e per questo ritiene che i propri clienti siano a norma.
