The renewal of the collective economic agreement for agents and representatives of the industrial sector was signed on July 30, 2014. Among the main innovations: (i) the prediction of the possibility of agent’s refusal of the so-called « middle entity » variations; (ii) the extension from 12 to 18 months (24 months for the “one-firm” agent) for the period in which the « little entity » variations are considered as one only; (iii) a decrease from 20% to 15% of the commissions reduction necessary to consider the variation unilaterally decided by the principal as of « middle entity »; (iv) the provision of the obligation for the payment of default interest in case of late payments; (v) the right to indemnities for the agent who resigns for Enasarco early retirement; (vi) the possibility of contract suspension up to 12 months in case of pregnancy or adoption.
