On January 15, 2014, the Minister of Labour and Welfare State, Mr. Enrico Giovannini, and the president of the National Council of the Order of labour consultants, Marina Calderone, signed a memorandum of understanding that will enable the labour consultants to certify the regularity of the companies in matter of contribution and wage. In particular, the certification (so called “Asse.co.”) will be released by the National Council on the application of voluntary request of the employer and will be able to certify the regularity with respect to child labor, working hours, collective agreements, contributions due and payment of the wage relevant to employment. The certification above will also be worked for private contracts for the purpose of verifying the regularity of the companies.
