The deadline for creating and adapting the bilateral solidarity funds, that in the ratio of Fornero Reform should safeguard the coverage of the ordinary layoff procedure (CIG) in all the sectors where it is not provided, is set on July 18, 2013. For being in compliance with this deadline, the social parts have to undersign agreements and collective bargaining, also referred to different sectors, for creating the new income support system. The tricky point of this system is represented by the economic cost for the companies and for the employees.
