The assessment of the linked-to-work risks will be compulsory starting from January 1st 2011. The permanent advisory Commission for health and safety on work approved the necessary provisions for the linked-to-work stress assessment, according to Article 6, paragraph 8, letter m-quarter and Article 28, paragraph 1-bis of the Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 (Consolidated Act on Safety on work places). In this way, it is provided an important guideline to public and private employers, as well as operators and employees for the exact fulfilment of the law provisions on risks assessment, with particular reference to the peculiar and innovative matter of the linked-to-work stress risk.
