(Guida al Lavoro de Il Sole 24 Ore, 4 juin 2020 \u2013 Vittorio De Luca e Antonella Iacobellis)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Comme on le sait, dans notre ordonnancement, il existe le principe g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019interdiction de r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9tribution, selon lequel le travailleur a le droit de percevoir la r\u00e9tribution qu\u2019il a convenue avec son employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce sujet, le Tribunal de Turin, par la sentence n\u00b0 440 du 18 f\u00e9vrier 2015, avait \u00e9tabli que \u00abL<em>e principe de l\u2019interdiction de r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9tribution, dict\u00e9 par l\u2019art. 2103 du Code Civil italien, <\/em><strong><em><u>implique que la r\u00e9tribution convenue au moment de l\u2019embauche ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite, pas m\u00eame suite \u00e0 un accord entre l\u2019employeur et le travailleur et tout accord contraire est nul<\/u><\/em><\/strong><em> dans tous les cas o\u00f9 la r\u00e9tribution convenue, m\u00eame par le contrat individuel, serait r\u00e9duite.
