La plus importante concerne la prolongation du cong\u00e9 parental jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 12 ans de l&rsquo;enfant (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6 \u00e0 30% du salaire). \u00ab\u00a0La possibilit\u00e9 de prendre des cong\u00e9s en heures a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e, comme alternative au cong\u00e9 en journ\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, explique l&rsquo;avocate Elena Cannone du Cabinet De Luca &#8211; Avocats du Travail de Milan. L&rsquo;utilisation sur une base horaire est autoris\u00e9e pour un montant d\u2019heures \u00e9gal \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019horaire journalier du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent le d\u00e9but du cong\u00e9. Si, par exemple, il est de huit heures, le cong\u00e9 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par groupes de quatre heures. \u00ab Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette possibilit\u00e9 \u00bb, poursuit Cannone, \u00ab il faut avertir l&#8217;employeur au moins 5 jours avant pour la journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re, et au moins 2 jours avant pour le cong\u00e9 par tranche d\u2019heure. L\u2019utilisation par tranche d\u2019heure du cong\u00e9 ne peut donc pas \u00eatre cumul\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019autres types de permission ou de jours de repos \u00bb. La dur\u00e9e maximum du cong\u00e9 ne varie pas : 10 mois, utilisables par les deux parents avec un maximum de six mois pour la m\u00e8re et sept mois pour le p\u00e8re. En alternative au cong\u00e9 parental, les parents peuvent demander de travailler \u00e0 temps partiel \u00e0 50% de l\u2019horaire habituel, pendant 10 mois maximum, avant de revenir \u00e0 l\u2019horaire complet. Le d\u00e9cret sur le cong\u00e9 suit celui qui concerne le contrat de travail \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 protection croissante, qui est le pilier du Jobs Act, et qui est accompagn\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exon\u00e9ration des cotisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pendant un maximum de 36 mois en faveur des employeurs qui effectueront de nouvelles embauches avant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2015. Depuis mars 2015, la discipline en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e8glement des licenciements a chang\u00e9. \u00ab L&rsquo;offre de conciliation a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Cannone. \u00ab L&#8217;employeur peut offrir au salari\u00e9, selon des modalit\u00e9s d\u00e9termin\u00e9es, une somme d\u2019argent qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 un mois de salaire pour chaque ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9, non inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2 ann\u00e9es et non sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 18 ann\u00e9es. Cette somme est totalement exempte de taxes et de cotisations \u00bb.
