color: #505050; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, parmi les motifs du recours, l&#8217;employ\u00e9 avait d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 la mauvaise application des normes applicables puisque l&#8217;employeur avait omis d&rsquo;informer l&#8217;employ\u00e9 de l&rsquo;approche de la fin du cong\u00e9 maladie, l&#8217;emp\u00eachant ainsi d&rsquo;exercer le droit de demander un cong\u00e9 sans solde une fois pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai. <\/span><span lang=\"FR\"><br><\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"margin: 0px; color: #505050; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">En accord avec son orientation en la mati\u00e8re, la Cour de Cassation a confirm\u00e9 la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 du licenciement, d\u00e9clarant qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas possible que l\u2019employeur ait l&rsquo;obligation de signaler \u00e0 l&#8217;employ\u00e9 l\u2019expiration imminente du cong\u00e9 maladie, rappelant qu\u2019une telle obligation ne serait pas en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, m\u00eame sur la base des principes de probit\u00e9 et de bonne foi. <\/span><span lang=\"FR\"><br><\/span><span lang=\"FR\" style=\"margin: 0px;
