Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une question longuement d\u00e9battue depuis l\u2019introduction de l\u2019article 32 de la loi n<sup>o<\/sup> 183\/2010 (appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<em>Collegato Lavoro<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb) dans la doctrine et dans la jurisprudence s\u2019y rapportant. Le m\u00eame minist\u00e8re du travail, dans sa r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019interpellation n<sup>o<\/sup> 12\/2014, avait assimil\u00e9 l\u2019expiration du contrat de travail temporaire aux cas de licenciement oral, excluant ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019appliquer les d\u00e9lais de forclusion vis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019article 6 de la loi n<sup>o<\/sup> 604\/1996 en l\u2019absence d\u2019une communication de licenciement. La Cour de cassation estime au contraire que cette assimilation est impossible en affirmant que le <strong>d\u00e9lai <\/strong>de forclusion de 60 jours doit \u00eatre <strong>strictement respect\u00e9<\/strong> par le travailleur <strong>en cas de recours portant sur des contrats de travail temporaire<\/strong> prenant fin en raison de l\u2019<strong>expiration du terme<\/strong> ou de la <strong>survenance d\u2019un licenciement<\/strong>.
