Selon la Cour europ\u00e9enne, en l\u2019esp\u00e8ce, l\u2019<strong>\u00e9quilibre<\/strong> entre les <strong>exigences de l\u2019employeur<\/strong> d\u2019avoir un d\u00e9roulement ordonn\u00e9 du travail et la <strong>vie priv\u00e9e<\/strong> du travailleur concern\u00e9 a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9. L\u2019employeur a acc\u00e9d\u00e9 aux courriels en supposant qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait de communications professionnelles et n\u2019a pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9 le contenu de celles personnelles.
