The dismissal is lawful, confirmed the Supreme Court, labor section, with sentence no. 24588\/13, rejecting the remarks of the employee who claimed the lack of exhibition, in the work place, of the disciplinary code. Therefore, the dismissal would have been unlawful because she couldn&rsquo;t be aware of the prohibition and of the disciplinary sanction.
