Tout d&rsquo;abord, la Cour supr\u00eame a confirm\u00e9 int\u00e9gralement la d\u00e9cision en appel contest\u00e9e par le travailleur licenci\u00e9, soutenant ainsi sa position selon laquelle le motif objectif justifi\u00e9 peut \u00eatre reconnu m\u00eame simplement dans une <strong>r\u00e9partition diff\u00e9rente<\/strong> de certaines t\u00e2ches parmi le personnel en service, si elle est mise en \u0153uvre <em>\u00ab\u00a0aux fins d&rsquo;une gestion d&rsquo;entreprise plus efficace\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
