The lack of funds entails a disadvantage for the companies who hired in 2012 employees regularly enrolled in the lists of the so called &ldquo;piccolo mobilit&agrave;&rdquo; when their employment relationship (and the relevant incentives) continue in the following year (for example: hiring on 1<sup>st<\/sup> March 2012 with an open ended contract and 18 months of incentives).
