The incentive, equal to one third of the monthly salary up to a maximum of 650 Euro per month, is provided in favor of all the employers who will hire employees aged between 18 and 29 years old without regular paid employment for a least six months or without a high school diploma or live with one or more dependents. The incentives are applied also in the hypothesis of transformation of the existing employment relationship in open-ended term relationship, nevertheless of the subjective conditions of the employee.
