The first innovation regards the inspector&rsquo;s obligation of providing for the first access minute drafting (so called &ldquo;<i>verbale di primo accesso<\/i>&rdquo;) for each inspection. The mentioned document has to be send at the end of the inspection itself. In addition to the obligation above, another provision concerns the rules about the minute contents, which are mandatory under the penalty of following steps inspection nullification due to the lack of reason.
