{"id":27736,"date":"2009-12-23T23:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-12-23T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/news\/law-no-247-07-releifs-for-disabled-people-employment-2\/"},"modified":"2026-02-13T11:37:06","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T10:37:06","slug":"law-no-247-07-releifs-for-disabled-people-employment-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/fr\/news\/law-no-247-07-releifs-for-disabled-people-employment-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Law no. 247\/07: releifs for disabled people employment"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 9pt\">According to the new regulation introduced by the law n. 247\/07, reliefs coming from the employment of disabled people are different depending to the subscription date of the agreement with the provincial district (apart from the date of the employment):<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt\">a)<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt\">if the employment is linked to an agreement reached within December 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2007, the employer can benefit from the tax relief;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-indent: -18pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 18pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt\">b)<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9pt\">if the employment is linked to an agreement signed after December 31<sup>st<\/sup> 2007, the Region or the independent provincial District supply the employer with a direct relief.
