The new measures include the possibility \u2013 part of the Decree overhauling contract types \u2013 for the worker to ask for, as an alternative to leave, transformation from fulltime employment to part-time for a corresponding period, and with a maximum reduction of work hours of 50%, within the limits of leave still owed.
