Concernant le travail ind\u00e9pendant, la r\u00e9glementation est \u00e9tendue aux <strong>contrats de travail <\/strong>qui ont un r\u00e9gime particulier <strong>au<\/strong> <strong>sens de l&rsquo;art. 2222 du code<\/strong> <strong>civil italien.<\/strong> Il est entre autres pr\u00e9vu d&rsquo;appliquer au travail ind\u00e9pendant des dispositions en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;abus de d\u00e9pendance \u00e9conomique et les activit\u00e9s des agences pour l&#8217;emploi en faveur des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants sont \u00e9largies. Concernant le travail flexible (\u00ab\u00a0<strong>smart working\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>), il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu\u2019une modalit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du contrat de travail doit \u00eatre \u00e9tablie dans le cadre d\u2019un accord entre les parties et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e <strong>en partie dans les locaux de l&rsquo;entreprise <\/strong>et, sans poste de travail fixe, <strong>en partie \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur<\/strong>, avec pour seule limite la <strong>dur\u00e9e maximale de l\u2019horaire de travail <\/strong>journalier et hebdomadaire, d\u00e9rivant de la loi et des conventions collectives. <strong>L&rsquo;accord<\/strong>, \u00e0 stipuler par \u00e9crit aux fins \u00ab\u00a0<em>de la<\/em> <em>r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 administrative et de la preuve\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> doit d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9terminer \u00ab\u00a0<strong><em>les<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>mesures techniques et organisationnelles <\/em><\/strong><em>n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la <strong>s\u00e9paration <\/strong>du travailleur des instruments technologiques de travail\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Concernant les travailleurs handicap\u00e9s, le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis en cas de r\u00e9solution de contrat par l\u2019employeur ne peut pas \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90 jours de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 permettre \u00ab\u00a0<em>une r\u00e9organisation ad\u00e9quate des parcours des travaux par rapport aux exigences de vie et de soin du travailleur\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em> Enfin, le droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>apprentissage permanent<\/strong>, sous des formes formelles, pas formelles et informelles et \u00e0 la <strong>certification p\u00e9riodique<\/strong> des comp\u00e9tences peut \u00eatre reconnu au travailleur exer\u00e7ant son activit\u00e9 avec le statut de travailleur flexible.
