En effet, le <strong>1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2018<\/strong> marque l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en vigueur des dispositions du D\u00e9cret-loi n\u00b0151\/2015 &#8211; dont la prise d&rsquo;effet \u00e9tait initialement pr\u00e9vue pour 2017, puis report\u00e9e \u00e0 2018 \u00e0 la suite du d\u00e9cret Milleproproghe 2017 &#8211; qui \u00e9tablissent la fin du r\u00e9gime progressif conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 3, alin\u00e9a 2, de la Loi n\u00b068\/1999, et du r\u00e9gime transitoire pr\u00e9vu par l&rsquo;article 2, alin\u00e9a 2, du D.P.R. 333\/2000, qui pr\u00e9voyaient l&rsquo;obligation de proc\u00e9der au <strong>placement obligatoire<\/strong>, respectivement, lors de la seizi\u00e8me embauche et pass\u00e9 le d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;un an et 60\u00a0jours \u00e0 compter de celle-ci. En revanche, dans le cadre du nouveau r\u00e9gime, tous les <strong>employeurs<\/strong> qui, au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2018, <strong>emploient plus de 14 salari\u00e9s<\/strong>, doivent s&rsquo;y conformer avant le 1<sup>er <\/sup>mars 2018 ou, dans tous les cas, dans un d\u00e9lai de 60\u00a0jours apr\u00e8s avoir atteint le seuil susmentionn\u00e9. Toutefois, les solutions alternatives pour les entreprises ne manquent pas. Dans tous les cas, elles pourront demander une exon\u00e9ration partielle de l&#8217;embauche en versant la cotisation journali\u00e8re de 30,62\u00a0euros pour chaque carence ou stipuler des conventions sp\u00e9ciales avec les bureaux comp\u00e9tents pour l&rsquo;accomplissement des obligations relatives.
