Dans le cadre des \u00e9valuations effectu\u00e9es par la cour territoriale et confirm\u00e9es par les juges de la Cour de cassation italienne, la prise de photos et la publication cons\u00e9cutive de la voiture de fonction par un tiers, n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas pertinentes aux fins de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9siliation contractuelle. Cela a suscit\u00e9 l&rsquo;indignation des membres du m\u00e9dia social. En effet, il \u00e9tait apparu au cours de la proc\u00e9dure que le comportement du salari\u00e9, qui ne constituait pas une faute intentionnelle ou une n\u00e9gligence grave au d\u00e9triment de l&rsquo;entreprise, devait \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 d&rsquo;abandon non autoris\u00e9 du lieu de travail pour la seule p\u00e9riode de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat au march\u00e9.
