Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019adopter des mesures contraignantes pour am\u00e9liorer la transparence salariale, encourager les organisations \u00e0 revoir leurs structures salariales afin de garantir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes exer\u00e7ant le m\u00eame travail ou un travail de valeur \u00e9gale, et permettre aux victimes de discrimination de faire valoir leur droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale [\u2026] \u00bb (cf. Consid\u00e9rant 16, Directive UE n\u00b0 2023\/970).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est sur la base de ces pr\u00e9misses que l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne a adopt\u00e9, le 10 mai 2023, la Directive n\u00b0 2023\/970 visant \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019application du principe d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre hommes et femmes pour un m\u00eame travail ou un travail de valeur \u00e9gale, \u00e0 travers la transparence salariale et les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019application associ\u00e9s.
