En particulier, le Tribunal a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que, pour \u00e9valuer la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de cette mise \u00e0 disposition, il est n\u00e9cessaire de v\u00e9rifier si, m\u00eame au moyen d\u2019un instrument formellement licite comme le staff leasing, les dispositions de la directive communautaire 2008\/104 ne sont pas contourn\u00e9es. La relation de travail s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u2019abord d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le biais d\u2019une succession de contrats de mise \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, conclus entre novembre 2019 et octobre 2021, puis, par la suite, par un contrat de mise \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e, sign\u00e9 en juin 2022.<br>Pendant toute la dur\u00e9e de la relation, la requ\u00e9rante avait \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re stable dans l\u2019organisation de l\u2019entreprise utilisatrice, accomplissant les m\u00eames t\u00e2ches, avec la m\u00eame classification professionnelle et dans des conditions op\u00e9rationnelles enti\u00e8rement analogues \u00e0 celles des salari\u00e9s de l\u2019utilisatrice.
